Need tech support at home? Effective immediately, a parent/guardian/student can call 563-552-3131 to leave a voice mail message, or email, both of which will automatically generate a support ticket. When leaving a message or sending an email, we would ask the following to be included by the parent/guardian/student:

• Student’s Full Name (Required)
• Student’s School (Required)
• Description of the problem (Required)
• Contact information (Required)
• Device Name (Optional)

Technology support staff members will then review the ticket and collaborate with school staff (e.g. teachers, technology coach, and/or others) to take appropriate action needed to address the issue. Depending on the number of issues received from across the district, staff will work to address the problem as soon as they possibly can which may result in a 24-hour turnaround time.
