Sageville’s next movie: The Girl Who Fell Into Her Desk – Announcement Trailer

Announcing our next Sageville Cinema movie: THE GIRL WHO FELL INTO HER DESK. It’s a Sageville first: a claymation animated movie starring the voices of our fifth graders! This isn’t really a full trailer as much of our work will continue through 2021, but we wanted to share just a little glimpse of what’s to come!

Tutor.com offers 1 on 1 free tutoring through Carnegie-Stout Library

Sageville Families-

Did you know there’s a great resource called tutor.com ?

It is a live tutoring service provided by Carnegie Stout free of charge to DCSD students. Tutors are available to offer 1 on 1 support in a variety of subject areas between the hours of noon-midnight. Students can use the information on the back of their library card to log in.

If you do not live in city limits, DBQ County has Tutor.com now and the county card will work if you go through their website. If a student does not have a card, I would encourage them to come and get a card free of charge. Parent signature required if under 16 years of age with current address and picture ID.
If you absolutely cannot get a library card, I can provide you with a school card that will get your child access. You can email me at jdyer@dbqschools.org and I will send it to you.
For students: they can create an account the first time they access the site (may use your school email) and login each time for optimal use, but students don’t have to create an account…they can just use the site as is.
